Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Wristeo, we make every effort to ensure your order reaches you in the best condition and as quickly as possible. We know how important it is to receive your tracking tools promptly to start taking care of your health.

1. Shipping Zones:

We ship our products worldwide (Europe, United States, Canada, etc.). If you have any doubts regarding delivery to your region, please contact us at wristeocontact@gmail.com.

2. Order Processing Times:

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24 to 48 business hours after payment validation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

3. Delivery Times:

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Standard Shipping: Generally between 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times can vary from 5 to 12 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearances.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be extended during peak seasons (sales, end-of-year holidays) or due to unforeseen circumstances (strikes, severe weather, or logistics delays).

4. Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process, right before payment validation. Great news: We are currently offering free standard shipping with no minimum purchase required to celebrate the launch of Wristeo!

5. Order Tracking:

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link and number. This allows you to follow the journey of your Wristeo band in real time.

6. Order Reception:

Upon receiving your package, we highly recommend inspecting the condition of the packaging and the product. In the event of visible damage or any issues, please contact us as soon as possible at wristeocontact@gmail.com, attaching photos of the box and the damaged product.

7. Incorrect Delivery Address:

It is the Customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Wristeo cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us for this reason, any reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the Customer.
